Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Return Window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. After 7 days the product is deemed accepted.

3.2 Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.

  • Products marked Final Sale, personal‑care items (e.g., combs), consumables, and customized goods are non‑returnable unless defective.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, phone number) is required.

3.3 Return Process

  1. Email support@dropleo.shop with order details and photos of the item.

  2. We will schedule a free reverse‑pickup or provide a prepaid label.

  3. Upon receipt and inspection we will notify you of approval or rejection.

3.4 Refunds

  • Approved refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit within 7‑10 business days.

  • Original shipping/COD convenience fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3.5 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.

3.6 Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any mandatory laws.
