Shipping Policy

4.1 Serviceable Locations

We ship to most PIN‑codes across mainland India. Enter your PIN‑code at checkout to confirm serviceability.

4.2 Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders received before 13:00 IST are processed the same business day. Dispatch time: 1‑2 business days.

4.3 Delivery Time & Partner Couriers

Estimated delivery: 2‑7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. We partner with Shiprocket‑affiliated couriers (Delhivery, Ekart, Blue Dart, etc.).

4.4 Shipping Charges & COD Fees

• Standard Shipping: ₹0 on orders above ₹499; otherwise ₹49. (Free Delivery are limited - depends on offer) 

• Cash‑on‑Delivery Fee: ₹30 per order.

4.5 Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed/SMSed once the order ships. Delays caused by carrier or natural events are outside our control.

4.6 Delivery Attempts & RTO

The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail or the address is incorrect, the order is returned to origin (RTO) and deemed cancelled.

4.7 Damage in Transit

If packaging appears tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or refund.

4.8 International Shipping

Currently unavailable. We ship only within India.
